Translation notes:
This songs sounds like someone encouraging someone else to challenge their fate, when they hesitate and stop moving forward, the author tells the other person to break free from that, and “proclaim” their impulses or urges, here the verb “振り翳す” is used, which is often used to refer to brandish something like a sword, but it can also be used to proclaim one’s ideals or feelings, like in this case.
The author keeps teasing the person by asking if they will give up even if he/she can still hear the inner voice saying that he/she wants to survive.
There is more encouragement in the next portion, use your anger to make your frozen heart wake up and create a reaction, this line has many interesting words; for example in the line that I translated as “Frozen and drained heart”, the compound verb “凍え切る” is used; this is not a very common compound verb at all, it’s not officially in the dictionary, but I’ve seen it’s used sometimes when talking about a frozen dead and drained tree in winters; so that’s why I decided to translate it that way, 切る can also mean to let drain in its so many meanings. The next interesting phrase is “共鳴をたぎらせ”, so “共鳴” literally means “resonance”, but it can refer to a resonance or response from someone’s heart, like a reaction; so then it’s used with the verb “たぎる” in its causative form, which is to make it happen or let it happen; this verb means to boil (hot water for example), but it can also mean to well up, overflow or make emotions emotions, so that’s why I used “make it break forth a response” for this line; so it means that the author is asking the other person to make their frozen heart have that explosive reaction using their anger.
Another interesting line here is “外れていく軌道”, so “軌道” usually refers to orbit, but it can also mean a path or track; and “外れる” usually means to become out of place, for example a dislocated bone, but in this context it means to stray off one’s path or getting out of trajectory which I used in the translation.
At the end where the author says that they will meet again in that scenery, it probably refers to the scene at the beginning where the world stopped moving and everyone became petrified and scared of facing their fates (maybe when COVID started).
