In anticipation of the visual kei band Angelo‘s live acoustic concert that is scheduled for June 7th through the ZAIKO platform, the vocalist and leader of the band Kirito bring us a little teaser of what we can expect from this concert, this time through his Official Youtube Channel, he did a broadcast this morning of a small rehearsal featuring 5 songs that maybe will be performed in the concert.
The songs performed were: “BUTTERFLY” from their 2009 album “METALLIC BUTTERFLY”, “ホログラム” from their 2018 album “RESONANCE”, “PRAY” from their 2014 album “PSYCHE”, “Beginning” from their 2013 album “FAITH” and the last one was “CRUELWORLD” also from the album “RESONANCE”; in this last song, we can see Kirito really getting emotional and we get to admire the beauty and power of his gifted voice, this happens whenever he performs this song, since it has very emotional lyrics, it must mean a lot to him.
Between songs, Kirito talks a bit about the fact that they were not able to do the Hall concerts as planned this year, and that they had to transform themselves, he mentioned that initially he was a bit worried, but he had been thinking a lot about the situation, and regardless how difficult this new era becomes, he will never stop singing, and if needed, he will always find a way to transmit his music. As a fan, I am very reassured after listening to his words, and we can look forward to great things coming from the band besides the upcoming acoustic concert.
