This is the second song from the Angelo’s FAUST album, the name of the song is “ファウスト” which is read as “Faust”, so it’s named after the character in this story. This song was composed by Karyu. All lyrics by Kirito.

Translation notes: When referring to the “laws” that stretch around, Kirito uses the kanji 法則 which is only used to refer to laws of nature in general ( it can for example, physics laws, cosmic laws, etc.) so here we have to assume he refers to the laws of nature or universal laws.
As the name of the song implies, this song is about the main character of the story Faust who represents humanity and this is the moment when he is offered the contract by Mephisto, here we see he is hesitant at first, but eventually he falls to his temptations, even if he knows he might head toward destruction by doing this, but at the same time, he feels powerful to the point where he feels able to transcend time and space at the cost of his soul.
